To ensure our clients are kept up to date we send out quarterly newsletters and monthly emails with helpful information on finance, property, and general news and lifestyle issues. We also take the time to regularly review any loan facilities you may have to ensure that they remain suitable and competitive.

After completing my Land Economics Degree I worked as a Real Estate Valuer and Licensed Agent for 10 years. I then took a career change into a large multinational company which included managerial roles in both sales and business development. A great opportunity then arose for me to join the team at Scope Financial Services and to apply my unique background of real estate experience combined with corporate strategy and financial knowledge; but above all else get back to what I really enjoy which is dealing direct with clients and ensuring their needs are always met in a professional and timely manner

Having worked for 30 years in health, 20 -of those in team management, I have always had an interest in helping people, and wanted a change in direction to work in finance and continue to make difference in people’s lives – in a new setting. Having bought and sold property throughout my life, I’ve realised that having a good broker working in your interests and can not only make the process easier and assist you in making sound financial decisions, but also save you plenty of money over time. I am keen to assist you in realising your financial goals.

I have been working in the Finance Industry for over 15 years focusing mainly on mortgage broking, I bring a wealth of experience to the team. My role is to manage the office and also look after collecting information from clients and submitting loan applications and managing the process from application through to settlement. I love helping people achieve their property ownership dreams, and it’s my goal to make the experience as easy as possible whilst providing excellent professional and friendly service.
Client Services Officer
I have worked in the Financial Services industry for a number of years in Customer Service and Administration. I have recently transitioned from full time to part time after starting a family. When i am at Scope, I spend my day looking after existing clients and also assisting with other day to day tasks where required. I am passionate about doing the right thing by our clients and believe that staying in touch with constant updates throughout the process is essential in order to achieve a good experience.
Lucy Gray
I have worked in the finance industry for over 25 years including various roles in a bank and with Mortgage Brokers.
I originally joined Scope Financial Services in 2001 and have now taken on a part time role to assist with any post settlement requests that an existing client may have.
In my spare time, I have 4 young boys to keep me busy and enjoy life on the Central Coast.
